Le camere sono ampie e dotate di servizi di buon livello, accappatoio e pantofole ( su richiesta). Ampia scelta di ristoranti ( 8 ). Ottima colazione a buffet.

pur avendo richiesto una camera per fumatori non c'era la possibilità di aprire la finestra in quanto bloccata. negativa anche la risposta alla nostra richiesta alla reception. peccato.

Good location and worth the cost

The Royal Ascot had a wide range of restaurants and catered for all taste. All the food was bay far the best we have ever eaten on holiday and then there was the chill bar on the roof... cannot begin to say how good that was. what a fantastic idea and the staff were wonderfull.

There was no tea coffee facilities in the room.

The gym was well equipped and the room was comfortable and clean

During check-in, they did not remind me that breakfast was included and I forgot till it was too late.

The staff were very helpful and couteous

The room flooring and carpeting could have been cleaner.

The location to the creek and markets were very good. The decor was very nice and it was great having the pool to use. It was also good having good quality restaurants within the hotel.

I did not like the location of the room they put us in. We were placed on the 7th floor which was immediately under the staff canteen and cooking area. Throughout the night we were continuously woken by the noise from this area. We complained several times but nothing was done to reduce the noise or to place us in another room. We left the hotel feeling exhausted from lack of sleep.

The flexibility and helpfulness of the staff

I did not like paying for wifi and the smokey smell on the hallway.

Good Location, easy to access and simple yet sufficient amenities. Not at all any noise or disturbances. I dont know why there are so many negative reviews about the hotel. Royal Ascot have different entry than Ascot Hotel which is just next to it.

Keep your passport for quiet a long time at checking in! Which is really annoying!

The general comfort and quietness. Choice of restaurants.

I have stayed twice at the Royal Ascot and been very comfortable however on both occations, having said truthfully, while checking out, that I had not used anything in the mini bar, I was hassled just as getting in to a taxi to the airport with claims that I had used something in the mini bar. The procedures related to this need to be improved!! I have stayed numerous times at the Ascot and never had this irritating experience. It was disappoining that the Beauty Salon has closed down. After 3 weeks in rural Pakistan, I was looking forward to that.
